Social Media Manager
Forca is looking for a Social Media Manager and Web Content Provider, who would be responsible for the ongoing management and growth of Forca’s social media presence in alignment with business strategies and direction. In addition, this individual is responsible for creating and maintaining the Forca website content. The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.
Forca was founded in 2015, looking to revolutionize the undershirt industry through clever design and comfort. We are at the forefront of interpreting changing market conditions into products designed to make undershirts more comfortable for our consumers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop communications that leverage the social media space.
Responsible for developing and sharing content across owned and earned social channels, including blog posts, tweets, status updates, pins, photos and videos. Developing editorial calendars.
Creates, manages and grows business presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to blogs, Twitter, Facebook, , LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram, including the creation of some layout and visual content.
Leverages measurement tools to provide reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiative.

You'll be the most direct source of revenue growth at Forca. You'll empower every type of customers, from mainstream retailers to fast-growing boutiques. You'll be the main steward of Forca's brand to new customers. And as we scale, your insights will dictate how our sales team operates at 10 and 100 people.

- Ruthless at prioritization and time management - You’ll be aggressive about prioritizing, qualifying, and devoting exactly as much time as needed to close deals.
- 3 years as a quota carrying sales rep
- Experience selling to large retailers
- Experience in the clothing/fashion industry
